My role in PHT is multi-tasked and includes preparing new group tours, internal training, tour escorting and recently supervised an incentive group of some 1800 participants to LA and Mexico! I have been in the travel industry for 20 years and have travelled extensively through UK, Europe, Asia and parts of Africa.
