Sponsorship
Phil Hoffmann Travel is a privately owned South Australian company that proudly sponsors many community-based organisations. We are able to offer in-kind sponsorship to a limited number of organisations each year and all sponsorship opportunities are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the opportunity meets the guidelines that Phil Hoffmann Travel has established for sponsorships, limited travel support may be possible. Sponsorship Guidelines
For initial contact, please forward a proposal to us in writing, outlining the event and / or request. Please try to be as specific as you can, detailing in full what the event / and or request is, and in turn, what will be provided to Phil Hoffmann Travel as part of the sponsorship arrangement. Please allow at least 10 working days for processing. Key elements of your proposal should include:
- What is the concept / event / request?
- When will the concept / event be taking place? What / who is your target market?
- What form and level of support are you seeking from Phil Hoffmann Travel?
- What are the benefits that you propose to return to Phil Hoffmann Travel?
Full details of the benefits you propose should be outlined as clearly as possible. You should provided details in relation to any proposed media / advertising schedule, along with details for signage, size and placement of logo, hospitality, promotional opportunities etc. Please keep in mind that we like to pursue opportunities that deliver positive exposure for Phil Hoffmann Travel and which encourage people to travel to and / or participate in the relevant event / concept.
Please note - it is our policy not to give out cash - sponsorship can only be donated in-kind. Phil Hoffmann Travel is a service provider, and as such we have limited access to flights / accomodation / holiday packages that we can offer as prizes.

We'll try our best to respond within 10 working days to your request. Please be patient if the response to your request takes a little longer than expected as we receive many requests each week and it does take time to individually review and assess all opportunities. We advise that we have a limited number of sponsorship spaces available.
