Day 1: 1 Nov 2024 - Adelaide to Delhi
Meet your Phil Hoffmann Travel tour escort at the airport to begin your journey from Adelaide to Delhi. On arrival in India, you will be greeted by our local tour guide for a transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: 2 Nov 2024 - Delhi to Agra
We begin our day in Old Delhi, riding on a cycle rickshaw and visit the Red Fort, one of the world's beautiful and largest mosques, Jama Masjid. Disembark and walk through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk past jewelers and spice merchants, workshops, residences and food vendors before enjoying lunch at a local multicuisine restaurant--Khan Market. After lunch we will embark on our comfortable journey to Agra where we will check in and freshen up this evening for a Welcome Dinner at a local restaurant. (B, L, D)

Day 3: 3 Nov 2024 - Agra
Enjoy a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. The grand, heartbreaking tomb of Emperor Shah Jahan and his wife Mumtaz Mahal, this breathtaking monument is arguably India's most famous attraction. Made entirely of white marble with walls decorated with exquisite Pietra dura (stone inlay) work, it's set around a 'four gardens' plan split by watercourses. Return to the hotel to enjoy breakfast, before heading back out to visit Agra Fort, a palatial walled city built by Emperor Akbar and Itmad-UdDaulah. B
Day 4: 4 Nov 2024 - Agra to Fatehpur Sikri to Jaipur
After checking out of the hotel, you'll be driven to Jaipur by road. On the way, we'll stop at Fatehpur Sikri, which was once the capital of Emperor Akbar. Enjoy a buffet lunch before reaching Jaipur. Known for its chaotic streetscape and stately buildings, Jaipur is painted pink on orders of Maharaja Ram Singh to welcome Prince Edward and Queen Victoria who visited India on a tour. Tonight, enjoy the evening at your own leisure. (B, L)

Day 5: 5 Nov 2024 - Jaipur
Today we head out to Amber Fort by jeep where you can marvel at the luxury bestowed upon Jaipur's regal rulers and see symmetrical stairways leading down to Panna Meena ka Kund--a hidden gem of Amer. Next, we'll stop at Hawa Mahal- -the Palace of Winds for a photo opportunity and visit Jantar Mantar--an 18th c astronomical observatory. We'll enjoy an interactive live cooking demonstration followed by dinner tonight at a local family's home. (B, D)
Day 6: 6 Nov 2024 - Jaipur to Pushkar
After breakfast, we head to Pushkar by road. Where we explore this small ancient city beside a holy lake and stroll around its bazaars. We visit Savitri Mata Temple with some free time to sample local cuisine at lunch time. This evening, we enjoy a buffet Dinner at the hotel. (B, D)

Day 7: 7 Nov 2024 - Pushkar to Jodhpur
Today we will head to Jodhpur, known as the Sun City or the Blue City in air conditioned comfort. After lunch at a hotel, we'll go for open-jeep safaris in the countryside with an opium ceremony near Jodhpur area. This evening is free for you to explore the Blue City at your own pace. (B, L)

Day 8: 8 Nov 2024 - Jodhpur
Today we visit Mehrangarh Fort, a 19th-century royal residence in the heart of Jodhpur. Surrounded by massive walls and fortified by three rings of defensive structures, including several gateways, its architectural beauty will take your breath away. Next, we travel to Jaswant Thada--a white marble memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II--with its gleaming white stone and 19 pillars. After lunchtime, explore Jodhpur's vibrant city centre with a visit to the Clock Tower and free time for shopping at Sardar Market. This evening, enjoy dinner with the group inside Ajit Bhawan Palace at the 'On the Rocks' restaurant. (B, D)
Day 9: 9 Nov 2024 - Jodhpur to Udaipur
Upon check-out, we head back to Udaipur. Along the way, we'll stop at one of the largest Jain temples in India and one of the five holiest Jain shrines. Walk through with your audio guide as you learn about the religious buildings for followers of Jainism. Afterwards, enjoy lunch at Mana Hotel in Ranakpur before continuing on to Udaipur for hotel check-in. Enjoy some free time before an adventurous evening visit to Bagore ki Haveli. Enter the palace that has been converted into a museum and also witness a puppet show at southwest India's oldest theatre made during Mughal rule. (B, L)

Day 10: 10 Nov 2024 - Udaipur
Today we embark on a full-day tour of Udaipur, visiting its elegant temples and palaces. We'll enjoy a boat ride across scenic Lake Pichola, for which Udaipur is sometimes known as the Venice of the East. This afternoon we make a visit to Sahelion-ki-bari before heading to Jagdish Temple and Old Market. Return to our hotel to freshen up before enjoying a group dinner tonight at Whistling Teal restaurant. (B, D)
Day 11: 11 Nov 2024 Udaipur to Delhi
We will check out of the hotel for a transfer to Udaipur airport. On arrival, we jump straight into part two of our Delhi Tour with a visit to New Delhi. We begin with the city's most imposing structure--India Gate. A secular memorial to India's war dead, it is often compared to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris and the Gateway of India in Mumbai. Next, we proceed to Parliament House, Humayun Tomb and Qutab Minar. Check into your hotel where you will enjoy Farewell Dinner with fellow travelers (B, D)
Day 12 : 12 Nov 2024 - Departure from Delhi
After breakfast, travelers saying farewell to India and heading back home will be transferred back to the airport for their onward flight.
