Over the last 30 years as a leader in the travel industry, Phil Hoffmann Travel has been privileged to send people all over the world. Entrusted with making the dreams of many South Australians come true.
We have watched as travel has slowly emerged into the mainstream, firmly ingrained in the fabric of our lives, with a need to explore and discover. During this time, we thought we had seen it all, global events, the GFC, SARS, Terrorism, and mother nature, and now we have a new challenge that is impacting the world in unprecedented ways.
At Phil Hoffmann Travel, we have been closely monitoring the situation of COVID-19 in real-time based on the advice of the World Health Organisation, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Centre for Disease Control and with our trusted travel partners to ensure we can provide you with the very best service and advice. Whilst we are not medical experts, we live and breathe travel. We understand the unknown is causing great concern and our number one priority at this time is to use our vast experience to offer the support, expert travel advice and care you deserve.
It is in hard times that true character shines, and our Phil Hoffmann Travel team have risen and been resolute in their care and focus, to ensure each client has received the very best service and advice along with all the options available to them to minimise any loss; whilst not losing the future of their travel dream. We have brought many South Australian’s back home, worked relentlessly with airlines, operators and cruise lines to take the unknown and stress away from our clients and deliver options with clarity and care. We have an amazing team, there is no better in Australia!

It has also been at this time, that our many long time, loyal and new clients have shone! And for that we thank you. The support, understanding and words of encouragement has given us much strength and resolve to continue the fight, to carry on and rise from this stronger, more experienced and more humble. Our love of taking South Australian’s to the world will continue but with a deeper level of appreciation for all of us.
