- Worldwide Customer Care Service through American Express in addition to our own After Hours Emergency Service.
- We provide a range of services to assist clients with Travel Risk Management and the enhancement of duty of care to employees.
- Advice on current travel warnings and destination information, as advised by the Australian Government.
- Access to individual country guides for up-to-date and relevant travel advice.
- We provide Passenger Location Reports regarding the locations of employees in the event of crisis or natural disaster.
- Option to add any employee or travel arranger to our email list for Smart Traveller Reports.
