Day 1 Rovaniemi - Pyhätunturi

On arrival at the airport in Rovaniemi you will be met and transferred from the airport to your accommodation, Northern Lights Village Pyhä. The eco-friendly resort offers opportunities to see the Aurora Borealis, if the conditions are right, even from the comfort of your cabin or suite.

Day 2 Pyhätunturi

Today you’ll experience an electric Snowmobile Safari through the frozen forests and snow-capped hills of the national park and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding fells. 

Along the way, stop to take photos, enjoy a hot drink by the fire, and learn about the local wildlife from your experienced guide.

Day 3 Pyhätunturi
Depart the resort for a short drive to the start of your husky safari. You’ll have the chance to drive team of huskies over the white, snowy fells and through the forests of Finnish Lapland. The fast-paced adventure is suitable for all ages.

Day 4 Pyhätunturi
After breakfast, you’ll head out on a guided tour to Kopara Reindeer Farm, where you will learn about the Sámi people and their history of herding reindeer.  

You’ll discover how these amazing animals survive in the harsh winter climate, learn about the different breeds of reindeer, their diet, and their role in Sámi culture.  

Take a magical reindeer sleigh ride through the snowy forest, surrounded by frosted trees with the majestic reindeer leading the way.

Day 5 Pyhätunturi

Today is a special day at the Northern Lights Village, as you head out on a Christmas adventure. The magic begins with a heartwarming gingerbread baking session in the elves' cosy kitchen hut. Afterwards, the Elves will lead you to meet Santa's magnificent reindeer, and you’ll take a short sleigh ride through the snow-covered forest. 

It’s then time to embark on a quest to discover Santa's hidden cabin. Accompanied by an elf on a snowmobile, you will hop on a snug sleigh and venture into the enchanting forest. Once you discover the cabin, you'll be warmly welcomed by Santa himself, who will invite you in for a chat and present a symbolic gift for all the family.

Day 6 Pyhätunturi

Your family adventure concludes after breakfast with a transfer to the airport.
