Day 1 – Arrive Dunedin
Arrive into Dunedin Airport, where you’ll collect your rental vehicle and begin your South Island journey. Make your way into the city and check into your hotel. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure—perhaps explore Dunedin’s historic architecture, stroll along the Otago Peninsula, or enjoy dinner at one of the city’s renowned local restaurants.
Day 2 – Dunedin Experience & Speight’s Brewery
Enjoy a relaxed morning before heading out to experience one of Dunedin’s icons—the Speight's Brewery tour. Discover the history behind this legendary New Zealand beer, learn about the brewing process, and enjoy a tasting session. The rest of the afternoon and evening is yours to explore more of Dunedin at your own pace.
Day 3 – Dunedin to Oamaru
After breakfast, depart Dunedin and enjoy a scenic coastal drive north to Oamaru. Upon arrival, check into your hotel before visiting the Whitestone Cheese for a factory tour and tasting experience. Learn about the art of cheese-making and sample a selection of award-winning local cheeses. Spend the evening exploring Oamaru’s charming Victorian precinct or dining at a local eatery.
Day 4 – Oamaru to Queenstown
This morning, set off inland toward Queenstown, travelling through some of the South Island’s most picturesque landscapes. On arrival, check into your hotel and take time to relax or explore the vibrant town centre. In the evening, enjoy a unique experience at the Queenstown Ice Bar, where you’ll sip on a signature cocktail surrounded by intricately carved ice sculptures.
Day 5 – Gourmet Food & Wine Experience
