Day 1 | Zagreb Arrive in Zagreb, where you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, followed by time at leisure before dinner at the hotel. Overnight: Zagreb Meals: Dinner
Day 2 | Zagreb → Opatija After breakfast, explore Zagreb on a guided walking tour, visiting the fortified medieval Upper Town and seeing St Mark’s Church, Parliament and Government Palace. Continue to picturesque Kvarner Bay and the elegant seaside resort of Opatija. Overnight: Opatija Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Day 3 | Istria — Pula → Rovinj → Motovun Discover the beautiful Istrian Peninsula, beginning with Pula’s impressive 2,000-year-old Roman amphitheatre. Continue to colourful Rovinj, with free time to explore its narrow streets and coastal setting, before visiting hilltop Motovun for a delicious truffle tasting. Return to Opatija. Overnight: Opatija Meals: Breakfast
Day 4 | Opatija → Plitvice Lakes Travel to spectacular Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO-listed natural wonder featuring 16 interconnected lakes and cascading waterfalls. Explore the park on foot and enjoy a scenic boat ride across Kozjak Lake. Overnight: Zadar Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Day 5 | Plitvice Lakes → Zadar → Dalmatian Hinterland → Split Travel along the coast to historic Zadar, where sightseeing includes the Roman Forum, Church of St Donatus and the unique Sea Organ. Continue to a local winery in the Dalmatian Hinterland to sample authentic Dalmatian wines and international cuvées accompanied by Croatian-style tapas. Continue to Split. Day 6 | Split → Trogir → Split Explore historic Split and its UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace, built in the 4th century. Continue to UNESCO-listed Trogir, known as the ‘floating museum town’, where you’ll enjoy a traditional Dalmatian dish at Tragos Restaurant before exploring its historic streets, palaces, churches and towers. Return to Split. Overnight: Split Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Day 7 | Split → Ston → Dubrovnik Journey towards Dubrovnik, stopping near Ston to visit a local winery. Sample renowned Plavac Mali wine, learn about the winemaking process and enjoy a complementary snack before continuing to Dubrovnik. Overnight: Dubrovnik Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Day 8 | Dubrovnik Discover Dubrovnik’s magnificent medieval Old Town on a guided tour. Explore its historic ramparts and stone-paved streets before enjoying free time to wander the cobblestone laneways, visit local museums or soak up views of the Adriatic Sea. Overnight: Dubrovnik Meals: Breakfast
