Itinerary

Day 1 – Buenos Aires
Welcome to Argentina! This vibrant city on the Río de la Plata blends grand European architecture with Latin flair and is the birthplace of tango. Discover the local food scene at a parrilla, try choripán or empanadas, and indulge in dulce de leche ice cream. Visit historic Café Tortoni for a tango show and a classic café con leche.

Day 2 – Buenos Aires → Iguazu Falls
After an 8am welcome meeting, enjoy a guided city tour visiting Plaza de Mayo, Casa Rosada, La Boca and Recoleta. Fly to Puerto Iguazu (approx. 1.5 hrs) and visit the Brazilian side of the falls.

Day 3 – Iguazu Falls (Argentinian Side)
Explore the Argentine side via elevated catwalks for up-close views of the mighty waterfalls. Optional Gran Aventura boat ride available.

Day 4 – Iguazu Falls → Rio de Janeiro
Tour the Brazilian side for sweeping panoramas, then fly to Rio. Enjoy a free evening on Copacabana’s famous beachfront.

Day 5 – Rio de Janeiro
Full-day guided tour: Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Copacabana and Ipanema, plus the colourful Selaron Stairs. Enjoy a traditional churrascaria lunch.

Day 6 – Rio de Janeiro (Free Day)
Relax on the beach, visit the Botanical Gardens or colonial churches, or explore Lapa’s vibrant samba scene.

Day 7 – Rio de Janeiro → Lima
Fly to Lima (approx. 9 hrs). Evening free to explore or enjoy the Magic Water Circuit light-and-music show.

Day 8 – Lima
City tour including Huaca Pucllana (exterior), Plaza Mayor, Government Palace, Santo Domingo Convent and Bodega y Quadra Museum. Afternoon at leisure in Miraflores or Larcomar.

Day 9 – Lima → Puerto Maldonado → Amazon Jungle
Fly to Puerto Maldonado, then travel by motorboat to your Amazon lodge. Evening caiman-spotting on the river.

Day 10 – Amazon Jungle
Catamaran on Tres Chimbadas Lake to spot giant river otters, climb a canopy tower for panoramic views, and enjoy a guided night walk for nocturnal wildlife.

Day 11 – Amazon → Cusco → Sacred Valley
Return by canoe to Puerto Maldonado, fly to Cusco, and transfer to the Sacred Valley. Evening at leisure.

Day 12 – Sacred Valley
Visit a local community for a traditional lunch, then explore Ollantaytambo (optional ruins visit).

Day 13 – Machu Picchu

Day 14 – Cusco

Scenic 10-hour drive via Andahuaylillas Church, Raqchi (Temple of Wiracocha), La Raya Pass and Pukara Lithic Museum.

Day 17 – Lake Titicaca
Boat excursion to the Uros Floating Islands and Taquile Island, renowned for UNESCO-listed weaving traditions.

Day 18 – Puno → Lima
