I have been in the travel industry since 2007, starting in the UK and then moving over to Australia in 2012 where I have been at PHT ever since.

Favourite destination you have travelled to:

Exploring the Rockies in Canada, staying at Fairmont Hotels and riding the Rocky Mountaineer with a close second is my immersive river cruise through Myanmar, experiencing local culture firsthand.

Biggest travel tip: 

Always carry a small, foldable reusable shopping bag—it’s perfect for unexpected souvenirs, local market finds, or even impromptu picnics, helping you stay eco-friendly and hands-free on the go!
