Hong Kong is such a colourful and vibrant city with countless delights to discover on foot, and an evening at Victoria Harbour, taking it all in by the river, feels absolutely magical.

Savoring a rich slice of Sachertorte in a grand Viennese Kaffeehaus surrounded by opulent red velvet and golden frames was pure elegance. That moment sparked my passion for creating exquisite desserts that honor my Slavic roots.

Biggest travel tip:

Allow for plenty of white space so you can slowdown and explore at leisure some days.
