Day 1: Venice Arrive in Venice and transfer by private boat to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.
Day 2: Venice (B) After breakfast, enjoy a full day to explore Venice. You may choose to join a guided walking tour or venture out by boat to the colourful lagoon islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. In the afternoon, enjoy a classic 30‑minute gondola ride. In the evening, immerse yourself in local life with cicchetti and aperitifs at a traditional bacaro.
Day 3: Venice to Milan (B) Make your own way to Santa Lucia Station to board a train to Milan. Upon arrival, enjoy free time to explore the city. Discover iconic landmarks such as the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco and Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio.
Day 4: Lake Como (B) Travel by train to Como for a leisurely day exploring the beauty of Lake Como. With your included hop‑on, hop‑off boat pass, cruise across the lake and visit picturesque lakeside towns set against dramatic alpine backdrops. Return to Milan in the evening.
Day 5: Milan to St Moritz (B) Journey to Tirano and board the famous Bernina Express, one of the world’s most scenic train journeys. Arrive in glamorous St Moritz with time at leisure.
Day 6: St Moritz to Zermatt (B) Travel aboard the legendary Glacier Express, a spectacular rail journey through the heart of the Swiss Alps. Arrive in the charming car‑free village of Zermatt, nestled beneath the iconic Matterhorn.
Day 7: Matterhorn (B) Today is devoted to an unforgettable excursion to the Matterhorn. Ascend to the highest cable car station in Europe, where sweeping views, icy landscapes, a glacier palace and viewing platforms await. Return to Zermatt in the afternoon.
Day 8: Zermatt to Zurich (B) Depart Zermatt on a scenic train journey to Zurich, passing through classic Swiss landscapes. Arrive in Zurich with time to explore the city.
Day 9: Zurich (B) After breakfast and hotel check‑out, make your own way to your next destination.
