Day 1 | Rome

Arrive in Rome and meet your Travel Director before an orientation tour featuring the Roman Forum and Trevi Fountain. Enjoy a welcome dinner with your fellow travellers.

Day 2 | Rome – Orvieto – Montepulciano

Travel to the hilltop town of Orvieto before continuing through Tuscany's picturesque wine country to Montepulciano. Explore the medieval village and enjoy a tasting of its renowned Vino Nobile wine.

Day 3 | Montepulciano – Montalcino – Pienza – Montepulciano

Discover two of Tuscany's most beautiful hill towns. Admire the spectacular Val d'Orcia, explore UNESCO-listed Pienza and savour a tasting of the region's famous pecorino cheese before dinner.

Day 4 | Montepulciano – Siena

Journey to medieval Siena to browse one of Tuscany's largest markets before joining a Local Specialist to explore the Piazza del Campo, Duomo and historic Contrada Museum.

Day 5 | Siena – Certaldo – San Gimignano – Siena

Visit the medieval towns of Certaldo and UNESCO-listed San Gimignano before enjoying a Be My Guest dinner, wine tasting and local hospitality at a traditional Tuscan agriturismo.

Day 6 | Siena – Volterra

Explore the ancient hill town of Volterra, visiting its Roman Theatre, Cathedral and Palazzo dei Priori. Witness the centuries-old tradition of alabaster sculpting by local artisans.

Enjoy free time in Volterra before visiting the striking roofless Abbey of San Galgano. Continue to the walled city of Grosseto for an orientation tour.

Visit the famous thermal pools of Cascate del Mulino before exploring the dramatic hilltop town of Pitigliano, known as "Little Jerusalem" for its rich Jewish heritage.

Day 9 | Grosseto – Capalbio – Rome

Visit the colourful Tarot Garden (Il Giardino dei Tarocchi) before returning to Rome. Celebrate your Tuscan journey with a farewell dinner.
